Hyde Sails

Has anyone experienced difficulties when dealing with Hyde Sails US? We ordered a sail back in early December and despite numerous calls and emails to the west coast "small sailboat specialist" asking where our sail is, we can't seem to get any response. Zip, nothing, nada...completely ignored. We tried contacting the president in order to find out what's going on, to date the feedback we've received has been long on generalities and short on specifics. Might be, should be, we'll be in touch etc. They don't seem able to give us any straight information on the whereabouts of the sail, if it's been made or if it is likely to be delivered. Is this experience the norm for this company or indeed, the industry?

I would hope the OP's issue was resolved in the previous 3 years since they originally posted.
