I''ve recently encountered RPM reduction while in gear. The RPM,s are fine when not in gear, but I can only get 1500 to 2000 rpms when in gear now, before I could get up to 2800 when in gear. Does this sound like a
fuel filter problem? The other thought is that something has fouled the prop. I can''t detect any thing from the surface. Thought I''d throw this out for discussion. I plan on changing the
fuel filter on the engine first, I replaced the Racor filter late last season, but was unaware at the time of the downstream fine filter. Any thoughts?>?
