Mercury 25 4-stroke

My Gemini 3200 catamaran is now powered by a brand new Mercury 25 hp 4-stroke, which replaced a similar Honda (because of severe eloctrolysis). Anybody have any problems with this Mercury model?
I''m asking for a 100% refund. This engine vibrates unacceptably while it shakes the entire stern section of my boat; it is very noisy; and it tilts up with the slightest wake. Yet, the Mercury field tech rep says that this is all normal for this model.
