Birds and their droppings is, as you can imagine, a recurring question. I humbly suggest you do a search on "birds" and related words, since this has been covered (sorry...) so many times before.

BoatUS website has a lot of discussions on this and they published a "whitepaper" (sorry, again...) on this many years ago and it is on their website.

Good luck. I know, it sucks...
