Does anyone Know if there is any good place to anchor or get a morring in Jones inlet Long Island NY.

Jones inlet
If you go in the inlet and take your first right you will come to the Coast Guard Station on the right. In front of the Station is Short Beach Island. Behind Short Beach are free day slips and anchorage around the island.
