Personally, I recommend stopping at Charleston, SC along the way... great city. Also stop at several places in the Chesapeake Bay.... Baltimore, Annapolis, Crisfield, DC about 100 miles up the Potomac and several quaint smaller towns and villages around the Bay.

i am on a sailboat 38 foot catamaran

I think i will make a stop in
St augustine
Charlestone
Beaufort
Chesapeake bay

As a don't want to spend to much time in sea without weather forecast, because of huricaine season

At an average of 5.5 knots from Miami, here are overnights:

Miami to Fort Pierce
Ft Pierce to St Augustine
St Augustine to Charleston
Charleston to Beaufort Inlet - 2 nights
