Strut for Kirby 30

Anyone know where we can get a strut for a 1980 Kirby 30....thanks

The strut probably was a custom bronze casting. I don''t know of any Kirby 30''s that have had their engines pulled so here''s a couple suggestions.

Option 1
If you know of a Kirby 30 in your area see if you can borrow their strut and use it as a pattern and get a new one cast.

Option 2. Take careful measurements and have one welded up in stainless steel tube and plate. That may be the less expensive approach but mat prove to be a bigger pain in the butt over time.
