Boat Haul Checklist?

Hi folks,
My husband and I are in Luperon, D.R. getting ready to haul our boat out for hurricane season and leave her on stands until we return at the end of the year.

This is the first time we are leaving our boat for such a long period since we bought her in 2007 so I'm concerned that we do and check for all the right things before we say good-bye to Hideaway.

Does anyone have or know of a good, comprehensive check-list to secure a boat (from weather and vermin)? I know we need to top up our diesel and water tanks (and add some bleach to our tanks), and I've thrown away ALL food onboard, including what's in cans, but beyond that I'm a little lost and could use some tips from experienced cruisers/boaters who've done this before.

Thanks for your help,
Tasha
