Re: moderators read please

What kind of phone, and how are you accessing the forums? If Android or iPhone, then I would try either the app if you are not, or try the web browser if that is how you are accessing it. On mobile I prefer Tapatalk, but the app is not bad either.

If you are using a built in web browser on a dumb phone, then it may be issues with the phone's browser and how it interfaces with the web page.

Its the Chat facitlity thats screrwing things up, i think. I get a Stach Overflow on it now... not that I ever use the chat feature!
Chat was driving me crazy (crazier?), too. Turn off Javascript in your browser and *many* problems go away. Pages load faster, too. Ever look at the code? Some pages are 95% Javascript - the N.S.A. has nothing on what some websites do. It's easy enough to turn back on to watch a video or something, but I leave it off.

Re: moderators read please

it's your phone - nothing else. You you type on the phone, some Pads, etc..., the device has a memory feature, which I've always found quite annoying. It's pretty easy to disable, but as soon as you turn off the phone, or disconnect, it will default back to that stupid feature that kids use for texting.

Good luck,

Gary

Dunno, I wish Sailnet would have proper Tapatalk support, the android app hasn't ever worked for me across 3 phones now... I just use the browser which sucks.
