San Pellegrino Cooking Cup

For those interested in cooking shows and sailing I came across this
Its kinda like top chef during a regatta..

Paul was born in the Phillipines and has led a renesciance in Austin since winning Top Chef. As. Beard Award winner he has great credentials. He specializes in Fusion Cuisine marrying Asian and SW America.
