Charter Commission

I am running a Financial Study on chartering my boat in the BVI during the winter. Besides all the extra wear and tear on the boat, does anybody know what is a typical commission paid to the companies that get the charter? Also do they charge a management fee for maintaining your boat while it is there for the winter. Does anybody have any companies that they have used in BVI to do this for them?
