From what I've seen, a US boat, VAT paid, in the EU is worth almost 1/3 again as much over there. A us$179,000.00 here is more like us$235,000.00 over there, VAT paid. However, that is not necessarily a profit situation as the VAT and delivery costs could exceed the difference.

And you need a ce certification

Nearly impossible to get for boats older than 10 years!

Possible mew engine due to missing certificates
Switch the 110v system to 230v

Sell the boat in the US and buy a European boat.
