Replacement Cable for ICOM HM127B

I have an ICOM HM127B Command Mic on which the handset still looks good, but the cable is showing signs of deterioration. It also kept losing the signal when plugged in, and it seemed as though the problem was likely to be a bad solder joint in the cable. I'd like to replace the cable and see if that solves the problem. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement cable?

I did buy a separate mic off of eBay, but I'd still like to replace the cable for back-up purposes. ICom quoted me $45 to diagnose the problem, plus whatever the repair costs are. At that rate, it was easier to buy a replacement, but I like the idea of having a second working mic just in case.

Re: Replacement Cable for ICOM HM127B

There was an issue on some of the Icom cables. I believe they are replacing them for free. It may depend on the model. Might want to check with Icom.

Thanks! I did contact them, and they said nothing about it. I'll call them tomorrow.
