Amazing Bristol 40 Coming Up For Sale

Guys & Gals,

One of my very good customers has a business opportunity and has decided to sell his GORGEOUS 1979 Bristol 40. I tried VERY, VERY hard to talk him out of it. He will NEVER replace this boat with one in like condition. This boat is absolutely amazing. She has only seen salt water since August of this year and was trucked here from the Great Lakes last year.. She is simply stunning. He has been so busy he's only had a chance to sail her a few times.

Things I know that were recently done (as in last four months):

Bow thruster installed
Brand new Garmin 741XS plotter
New Garmin Wind N2K'd to plotter
New Garmin Depth N2K'd to plotter
Mast re-wired with LED anchor light & new Metz VHF whip
100% of deck hardware removed and re-bedded with Bed-It Butyl Tape
All exterior wood 100% stripped refinished this spring with Le Tonkinois varnish
Boat was buffed and polished and the original gel coat looks great
Bottom is very fair

I HATE to see a boat like this hit a broker. Please contact me if you are in the market for a GORGEOUS 1979 Bristol 40 and I can put you in-touch with the owner....

What needs to be done?

On my list for this winter was Garmin wind and depth displays, rewire of the heavy gauge battery wire and new batteries.

I will try to get some exterior and interior pics soon...

Please help me find this boat a GOOD home. This boat needs an owner who respects her unbelievable condition...

I just found out about this 15 minutes ago so don't have pricing or pics yet. I would not mention any boat here that was not a true needle in a haystack gem...

I am waiting for a call back from the owner and some pics. I am going to try and sneak over there tomorrow and get some high quality images.
