Saw a Rising Sun in Portland harbor today...

This one:

i saw her,they say she cost 170 million!400 or so feet,small when parked with the cruise ships.i saw her offshore heading north at 5 knots[i was doing 4kn no wind]

A bit small compared to the cruise ships, but not embarrassingly so. Pretty impressive boat in any case.

I get to see the Rising Sun every morning here in Norfolk....but thats because I work ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!

Geez...I was hoping for a nice sunrise photo, not a GIANT stinkpot !! I see a (weather permitting) rising sun in Portland every morning....Portland Oregon
I mean, who really gives a rip about who owns what? such an obscene waste of resources.....

My slip faces east so I see many rising suns over the ocean, but I was never that close to one!
