I'd say Newport or Annapolis; i wouldn't want to live in/near either one though.

What about Chicago?

its got to be the west coast somewhere or florida with all the people going back and forth to mexico Hawaii and in florida the caribian islands and bahamas

If it were a warm clime than i would pick somewhere on the gulf coast. Quiet and cheap, without all the BS of the east and west coasts.

Oh crap,,, no the gulf coast is a mosquito ridden cesspool. DON'T go there! Stay away. Go to east coast florida or San Diego/San Fran.
