The drill island Tarsuit was brought disassembled to the Beaufort from Japan like that.Some pretty big barges in the Arctic, even submersible float on/float off types.

Not at all. If you look closely, everything is welded together; it's my guess that it's off to the scrap yard.

Saw this while watching the other vids .... New Oz Helicopter Landing ship, hull shipped from Spain to South Australia for completion in SA.



I wonder if those barges had been built somewhere like South Korea and shipped home from there.
