Nope, that's raw lead hanging under the boat. You may remember from when I bought the boat in 2010 that the keel had to have new keel bolts inserted into the lead.

Well it started gettin cold and up comes the temps and sat on southern Long Island Will be near 70 so....sail on sailor ! It aint over til iits over.....
