sailnet''''s new site...

I am still finding my way around this new site...and unfortunately haven''t had much time to do so. So I have some questions...does anyone know where messages go now when you send another member a message...and what is "my blog"? Is there still a way to access the member directory?
And how about the Dictionary...is it gone?
