Health Insurance?.... Mail? ...Any Suggestions?

Hi,
My husband and I are preparing to move onto our boat and need some suggestions from people who know best. We want to know what you think on the issue of health insurance (whose good) and also what you did about your mail. (mail forwarding co.?) We would really appreciate your time in responding. Thanks for the suggestions and hopefully we''ll see all of you out there soon.
