Another new sailor's story

Well boat owner anyway. See the link for a series of weekly videos that have been posted by this young lady weekly since August 2013. The videos are very well done. I thought that pointing out a series like this might help the numbers of people who come here for advice in ho to proceed with a "own a sailboat for cruising" dream.

Re: Another new sailor's story

I enjoyed those

nice to spend a few hours in a warm place when the wind is howling around the house and the rain is dropping from leaden skies

I hope she keeps it up

She's about the coolest thing I've seen in a while.

She explains why I like to sail better than I explain why I like to sail.

I have followed ger from the start. Cool chick. Her sister helped her for a bit. From the Ukraine area, I think. Started in the Panama area. Sweet. I Hope she fills her cup with life.

Re: Another new sailor's story

Just got caught up on all the videos. Very nice how she's going about sharing her adventure. I'll add her to those I follow.
