Sequitur is on a distinguished road
Vancouver Boat Show Seminars

I will be doing three Keynote seminars at the Vancouver International Boat Show next week: Cape Horn in Comfort and Style - Part of the show's blurb is:
Quote:
Follow the adventures of a retired Canadian couple in their mid-sixties, who in 2009 set out on a three-year voyage from Vancouver. Their intention was to sail in full comfort through some of the remotest and wildest seas in the world. They had already seen more than their fair share of palm trees and tropical beaches, so on this voyage they chose to head to Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego, and around Cape Horn. Sequitur, their yacht, provided them with great comfort, and as their voyage progressed, the quality and style of their onboard dining, both at sea and at anchor, became legend. At the height of its popularity, their online blog was consistently receiving over 3000 page views per day.

My schedule is 1315 on Wednesday 22 January, 1515 on Thursday 23 January and 1930 on Friday 24 January. During the remainder of the show I will be set-up at the BC Marine Authors booth, #188, where I will be selling and signing my two books. If you are around, attend one of my seminars or drop by the booth to say hello.

Re: Vancouver Boat Show Seminars

For everyone's general info - we had the pleasure of a presentation from Michael and Edi at our club last week, and were treated to a great description of the acquisition and refit of the century-old Skutsje, and their subsequent leisurely tour of many of Holland's canals.

It was well received by the members and a pleasure to meet them both and get to know them a little. With the boat now in the south of France they will be leaving Vancouver soon to resume their inland water adventures.

Michael also sold every copy of both books that he'd brought along.
