Toerail Stanchion Mount for 1983 Cal 39

I am looking for replacement stanchion mounts for my Cal 39 that were destroyed in hurricane Ivan. I have a metal toerail that the mounts are connected too. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can obtain replacements or tell me who the original manufacturer was.
