Cool Sailing Music - Favorites

That time of year again. Painting the bottom, Polishing the deck, cleaning the teak all getting ready to launch.

Thought I should probably update the 12 disk changer on board.

While Jimmy Buffett never gets old I could definitely use some new tunes in the rotation on the boat this year.

What is your favorite artist & songs/albums to listen to either in port or out cruising (I have Buffett covered)???

Bob Marley. Get the Greatest Hits album if you're unsure. I wasn't a big raggae fan, then I bought his greatest hits album on a whim. If you're looking for some laid back music for a laid back cruise, GET IT.

The Victory at Sea soundtrack! The opening number is especially fitting whne crashing through the waves. On almost every number, you can oicture what is happening just by the sound of the music.

Any Stevie Ray blues songs!
