Sailing between Turkey and greece with a bareboat

I am planning to rent a boat in Turkey in july or august and would like to pick up my childeren from a greek island (Samos). Does anyone know if you can sail between the two countries without any problems? And where I can rent for a budget price a bareboat (for 2 adults and 3 childeren)?

I am assuming that you are not from an EU country.
Make sure that you clear Imigration correctly each time you go to a different country. Both Greece and turkey are usually very strict.
