Re: Darwin to philippines (indonesia)

Hi my name is Emily and Im in the Philippines and have a dream to be on a sail boat and travel around. We ( I have 2 friends) are not rich but we can be deck hands or also pay shared expenses. Are you still looking for crew or do you know anyone who will be island hopping here or going to Bali or Borneo or even Thailand?. Of course we would like to travel and work but we can also pay money if thats required maybe the more expensive the shorter our dream. We have character references if required and please if you cant help us give my email to someone who is interested.
Thank You
Emily

Re: Darwin to philippines (indonesia)

There are no hard and fast rules for what is on a boat stamp. We got one made in Staples from a file done on the computer. It is circular, has a drawing of the boat in the middle and the name, hailing port and country, and official number around the outside. It is self-inking which is nice.

In the countries that care, Indonesia being the buggy, but I seem to remember that Vanuatu and South Africa were pleased we could stamp documents, they don't really care what is on the stamp. It is more that you can stamp it since it makes it look official.

Finished the circumnavigation in early February in Grenada. Have to work on a book project for the next several months so the boat will be waiting for next year.
