Full Batten Tensioner

Anyone know of a product to tension full battens from the leech end on a small boat? I would like to be able to adjust them.

The only thing I know of is a velcro type inner flap (velcro on batten and inside leech end of batten pocket) with a probing tool/hook. This was what was supplied by my local North Sails loft when they performed surgery on my racing main. It has to be adjusted with the main down.
