Albin Diesel

I''m looking at an Allied Seawind with an Albin Diesel- 20 hp for purchase. I wonder whether anyone out there could provide me with some insight/ advice on this particular engine, e.g. availability of parts, manuals and knowlegeable diesel mechanics. It will be berthed in the upper Cheseapeake Bay. Thank You
