Caribbean trip from England 2015

Hi What are your opinions of which is the best port to step off to arrive in the Azores, Weymouth, Plymouth or Falmouth? and which is the most favorable month?
Look forward to communications.

Re: Caribbean trip from England 2015

I'm a bit confused. Is it your intention to sail to the Azores and then to the Canaries from the UK, and then across the Atlantic from there, or directly to the Caribbean from the Azores?
I don't believe I've met anyone whose has crossed directly from the Azores, though I'm sure some have done so. Most stage in the Canaries or Cape Verdes, crossing to the Caribbean in November or December.
