Looking for Sailing Location

I have two boys, 9 and 13, who have had experience blue water sailing when we lived aboard recently. I would like to introduce them to small boat sailing, specifically catamaran sailing, and would like to hear suggestions about the best places near Wilmington, DE. I would prefer a bay with a sand launching area.

Any ideas about where catamaran sailors gather in this area?

I don't know how far you want to drive but there is a huge contingency of Catamaran Sailors all along the Assawoman Bay behind Rehobeth, Bethany and South Bethany Beaches on the Delaware Shore. There are lots and lots of rental stands as well.
