CaptainWiki is on a distinguished road
Online Cruising Guides

Have you ever wondered how you can contribute to the sailing community? As a cruiser or aspiring cruiser, seeking information about your new destination can range from important "find the best priced beer at el Cheapo" to vital "Safety and Security". But as you sail into Paradise Island, trusty cruising guide in hand, you find out that el Cheapo burnt down months ago and you now need to put Fluffy on security detail. How can you keep information accurate and up-to–date in an ever moving world?

CaptainWiki.com is the answer.

Captainwiki is a community-authored website for the cruisers by the cruisers. Allowing information to be updated by anyone as it changes: from island exploring, bay navigation, and passage stories to useful checklists, tips, and anything and everything concerning the cruising lifestyle.

The structure is in place and Captain Wiki's Online Cruising Guides are already being updated daily from cruisers like you as we speak. So help the cruisers in your wake, come to CaptainWiki and tell them about the bay or secret anchorage you are familiar with!

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
