Boat ratings

Is there a place where I can find the ratings of most sailboats? I'm speaking of the ratings describing their offshore abilities. I saw it mentioned on this site recently?

Carls Calculator, (image-ination.com) has a lot of data but nothing that that would provide any useful information on the Offshore Ratings for various yachts. There was a site that listed the various CE ratings for various yachts but even that tells you very little about the offshore ability of various ychts.

You could at least look at the RLC rating on any of the PHRF websites.

At least that gives you a rating based on courses that include beating, reaching and running legs.

The OWC ratings assume 2/3 of the course is reach or run. BUOY is just windward leeward.

How close to reality is an entirely different discussion.
