Other than Chapmans, has anyone found a good book on this subject? They say the New York Yacht Club wrote the book. Is there really such a book and can the public buy it?

Flag Etiquette & Protocol
Check out the Power Squadron, or the US Navy for proper flag Etiquette. It has helped me on several occasions.
