Jeanneau parts diagrams

Does anyone have a source for exploded view parts diagrams? Specifically looking for the 54DS. I used to have an online source, but they took them down. Damn, I should have printed them all.

Re: Jeanneau parts diagrams

That's the book that comes with the boat, but thanks for trying, Marty. I'm looking for the diagrams that show exploded views and part numbers for everything attached to the boat, such as the mast collar, port lights, cleats, cabinetry, cockpit table, stairs, etc.

Beyond the part numbers for recording something odd, the exploded views were really helpful in some cases. Gilles, at Jeanneau USA will send me the individual page, when I need it, but sometimes it's just a curiosity. In this case, I'm pulling the mast this winter. It's been 5 years and I don't recall what's under the collar.

Re: Jeanneau parts diagrams

I do not think I have seen one of those picture books. Then again, with a 1985 model, things are done a bit different today than then.

Re: Jeanneau parts diagrams

Call Jeanneau America (410-280-9400) and ask for Gilles Rigaux. He should be able to help you out on this. He provided me the complete wiring diagram when I had a electrical issue, and the parts breakdown sheets when I was trying to track down a part.

Roger that.

I'm sure Gilles gets a ton of calls and has been very helpful. I don't want to bother him with every single curiosity. I should have printed these, when I had the chance.

Re: Jeanneau parts diagrams

I would also say that Gilles should not have to be called to get a part number on every stinken part of the boat. Many owners are more than capable of looking up a part, then ordering if they can fix it. If they can not......then the owner lets the repair person do the chasing.

Thinking about this a bit. my OM had a lot of the part numbers for my boat. BUT, being as Bangor Punta owned Jeanneau at the time, 1985 then sold to someone else about 88-90, now Group Beneteau as of 96-98 or so......part numbers are pretty useless. I'm in strictly aftermarket for the majority of the main boat parts. Motor, rig etc, I can still get parts from those manufactures.

Yes, thanks. Just a referral to Gilles there too, so far.

Unfortunately, I find the JON to be of modest value. Very sparsely attended. You can wait for days to get any replies. I'm actually surprised, given the number of Js out there.

Just wondering where Zanshin has been hanging out... haven't noticed him around lately. Try sending him a PM for ideas?
