sail size to boat size
Our boat is a 27'' Sun. This boat could be compared to a 27'' C&C, diminchens & PERF. Hull speed is rated at 6.4 kn. & now the ? What would the maxamin sized head sail needed to drive the boat at hull speed with a breeze of 15 kn? We now have the orginal 150 sail on a furler. This sail is shot. Should I stay with a new 150 sized head sail, or consider going smaller. Thanks for any help you can give. Ron
