co-ownership of Gemini catamaran

We live in Cypress Landing, North Carolina, on the Pamlico River and would like to co-own (50-50) a Gemini 105 Mc catamaran with another experienced boater. We already have a slip and are ready to go boat shopping -- is anyone interested? We have lots boating experience ourselves, and many ideas about how to make a co-ownership work legally and smoothly and we'd like to start a conversation with a potential partner.
