Question looking for recommendations

.I have two questions does anyone know what must be done to winterize an OMC sail drive? I keep my boat on Grand Lake in Eastern Oklahoma so Icing is not a problem, other than a thin layer of surface ice in an extreme year. The boat is in water all year. My next question is what do you salts recommend for refinishing my teak cabin sole? I was thinking to refinish the cabin sole this winter, I am open to recommendations. Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise.
