What boat is this?

What kind of boat is this?
She pulled in to our private marina the other day when no one was looking. No one in our community seems to know who's it is, but that's another issue. I'd just like to know what it is? Does anyone know what make and model we have here? It's in rough shape.

Re: What boat is this?

More boat IDs please. Here's a couple sitting in an old dock both seem to missing their masts. Would love to know what they are.
Anyone?

Re: What boat is this?

Not sure about the first one, but the second looks like a Mariner 32.

Re: What boat is this?

The bottom one is almost certainly a Formosa 37. The top one, dunno.

Re: What boat is this?

Well, the top one kind of looks like a Baba 30, but a really old one. Not a lot of artists draw a boat with a bubble-butt and a boxy top like that. But I'm not feeling too confident about this one...

Re: What boat is this?

The first is definitely not a Baba, old, new or otherwise

I'm guessing it's a ferro boat, of indeterminate origin. Possibly to a Westsail-ish design but if it's ferro who knows where it comes from. Close to 40 feet, I'd say.

I'll go with CB's Formosa 37 but my first thought was a Sea Wolf 41 by Garden. Bigger than 32, though.

Re: What boat is this?

Couldn't be a Formosa 37 - they don't have the offcenter companionway nor the taffrail. Not a Sea Wolf - doesn't have the weird notched cabintop and the ports are different.

Still looks like a Mariner 32 to me, but I just compared to one and the bulwarks are too high. I'm stumped.
