If your asking what a 420 is, they are 4.2 meter long dinghies that typically are sailed by teenagers.

Thanks Sam. Wow. I grew up in the area this originated and was in H.S. at that time. Additionally, I smoked. Although maybe not a part of the "pot culture", I did imbibe. Funny, I never heard the term.
