Exclamation I really need help....find a trailer

I live in South FL, I you would think, that I could find a trailer to rent, for a weekend, or so. I have a 1975, Ericson 25, with a swing keel, and I had to move from Panama City Beach, to Cape coral, FL. I REALLY need to get my boat down here, and really cant afford the high price of having somebody to go get it. I have the truck, I really need to rent a trailer that would work for this boat. I have tried all marinas, and there is even one place that rents boat trailers, but only for ski boats...... Its driving my crazy, So if you or somebody that you know would like to make a few extra dollars, and help my out, PLEASE let me know ASAP, Thanks so much.
Happy sailing, see you guys in the keys...

I would contact the Ericson's owner association, as it is unlikely that anyone else is going to have a trailer that will work for a sailboat. You may find someone who has an Ericson 25 nearby that also has a trailer.

Sailboat trailers are usually quite specific to each model, and not generally all that interchangeable, due to constraints like hull shape, draft, keel location, etc.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
