I always laugh when i see the engine room only slightly smaller than my garage. The boat was at the Kemah Marina when i last saw her, that is a different boat at Sundance Grill. The current owner does not want any visitors and just wants to be left alone.

Sorry just the engine. The engine room is a walk in midship. There is a work bench, the engine 135Hp Turbo John Deer, a 5 KW Northern Lights gen set, The Kabola Hydronic heater and a 12 gallon elec water heater. Still lots of room to work on everything. Prior to my purchasing the boat she had a washer and dryer in the engine room. No Im not B.S.ing it is big but only about 1/3 to 1/2 the movie size.
