It looks like the DNS server (which converts domain names to IP addresses) for grib.us (a UK company with a US address that uses a Dutch DNS service) is broken. It should be up soon.
I have experienced the same problem. Hopefully the server will be up soon, even an e-mail came back.
I could reach the server with the following IP-adress: 62.148.188.51/
If you enter this in your browser you get the homepage. There you can login with your user name and password, then download the grib-file to the same folder as usual and display it in the program.

I tried and installed Zygrib and it's better than Ugrib.
You get more information and, most important, Sea state and wave height, etc.
