Looking for owner-financed cruising sailboat in the 33-36 foot range. Preferably located eastern seaboard. I have down-payment and am willing to relocate.

What do you mean by "owner financed"? I have a 37'' 1983 C&C for sale in Rhode Island if you are interested.

Owner financed means that he gives you a down payment, you give him the boat, and he makes mortage payments to you.
