Thought I would share a bit of news here for anyone looking to make a permanent base for their boats in Florida. It would appear Deep Lagoon (Fort Myers, FL) is now selling slips at special discount rates... only through the end of this week. You should hurry now:

35-40 foot slip: $255,000, up front. $250/month condo fee, the first year (No telling how much it will be in others).
