You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

AHOHHH!!!! Poor guy is in trouble. Well, Labatt, here is a little advice from a guy married 18 years, one wife, never left me (but has threatened many times). Tell your wife the following when she calls you to give you the bad news:

HONEY, IT IS NOT THE SIZE OF THE BOAT THAT MATTERS. IT IS WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT.

Hope that saves the marriage.

CapnHand-

I think Jeff Foxworthy would say "You know you're a redneck if you have a gas-powered blender."

MarineSniper,

That's what you get. Guess being a Marine helps to snag a younger one. My misses is younger as well.

labatt will become famous soon enough
Sorry... was on the phone to Baron Bob to buy one of those gas powered blenders! Holy Toledo Batman!

Anyway, apparently chicks dig men on boats, so if I lose mine to some sailing school dats OK. On a funny sidenote... she has to stay at a hotel tonight since the course starts tomorrow. She called around to several down there who are near the school, and they all advised her that "they predominantly cater to alternative lifestyles" (not meaning gay). She's staying a bit closer to the airport. What a prude! I immediately called back those places to find out what their availability is... I mean, if I chase after her, I will need a place to stay...

Get yerself one of those blue skipper hats, an ascot, and a pipe, labatt, and yer all set. You guys are crackin' me up with the younger women, at your ripe old age of 31! My girlfriend and I flew to Vegas to see Tony Bennett at the Nugget last year. At 40 and 41 we were by far the youngest there, what a riot, we were the life of the party, literally!
