Hitching Over Seas

Windering whether it is possible to hitch a ride to the Phillipines on the first few daze of 2001, as a crew member aboard a personal vessel, as a worker aboard a cargo vessel, or stowaway even.

Any information would be kindly appreciated.

Merci beaucoup en advance,

Sam
