Help I need a boat!!!

Hi I am looking for an Ericson 27 in the east. Ontario, Quebec or north eastern US. The boat does not need to be perfect, but in good overall shape, prefer outboard and newer sails and a trailer would be a huge bonus. Sorry no handyman specials but a little work does not scare me. Please let me know what you have
Thanks for the help!
Rob
