westerly sailboats

Does anyone have information or experience with Westerly sailboats? I am looking for specifics on a 36 Westerly Medway, older model. I don't know the exact year but my friend thinks it is around the middle 1970's.

I know they just released a book about Westerly Sailboats fairly recently. You can probably find it on Amazon.com... The magazine I read about it in was a British one though, don't know if the book is available in the USA yet.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I'm not sure if it's on Amazon, but it's definitely available from the Westerly Owners Association, I think they even throw in a copy for new members (you can be an associate member if you don't currently own a Westerly).
