Yeah, aren't we the victims, sitting in houses warmed by what? Typing on computers powered by what? Manufactured with what? WE ARE the world carbon producers Trantor!

My condolences to those of you with snow. San Diego has been chilly lately but not like that. As consolation I offer that the OPB that I was sailing on gave up its mast to the sea so I'm sidelined till I get a new ride too!

OHHHH My!!!! Jaysus, Mary, and Joseph, the Saints and Our Lady Of Fatima!!!!!!!! (All together at least 4 times)........
I have never seen that.....your boat is on ice......you have to wait for the ice to melt???

That is un-imaginable for me.....At least you can walk around it and clean the sides...

T34C - That is my first attempt at Shrinkwrapping. That's the good side - the other side looks like a taped up mess. I'm learning - next years will be much better. I saved the galv steel framing from the Fairclough cover I had for my c320 after selling the cover itself. I attached the frames to the stanchions using 'Framemaker Clamps' - http://framemakerclamps.com/ Great Stuff Cheap. I also used some basic conduit brackets from Home Depot for some other connections and extensions using conduit and a pipe bender. The clear shrinkwrap makes a greenhouse so between that and the reletively warm water heating blanket (only got down to 32 around the bay a couple weeks ago and now is on the rise) the weekend boat work is quite comfortable. If it does hit 45 this weekend it will be 60 in there. I'll never store on the freezing cold hard again.

Real bad weather here in SF. Look at all that hail yesterday!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
