Nice boat! Thats an interesting trick you are doing with your macbook, #086.

SVDistantStar 03-20-2007 05:06 PM

yea its velcro'ed to the nav desk. Sticks pretty good. And its a Powerbook G4, not Macbook.

Giulietta 03-20-2007 05:14 PM

I wonder if Continental planes have rolled over some of that velcro, too:D :D :D :D :D :D

SVDS-

It's obviously a 12" G4 PB... same beast I use on my boat... the aluminum finish and side-loading optical drive give it away. :D My guess is that you're using two strips of 2" wide velcro for that...

What is up with the outboard on the transom? It looks like it is on a bracket so it can be used to motor with... did you remove the inboard or is that so you can use it as backup auxilliary power for the P36??

Just curious as to why so many of your photos seem either fogged or blurry? I guess it's the photo teacher in me that is asking...

Sorry, guess I should have known. I only have the 15" macbook pro core 2 duo.:p

sailingdog 03-20-2007 05:34 PM

LOL..... The fact that it isn't a widescreen laptop should have given it away too... ;) I leave the 15.4" MacBook Pro at home... the 12" PB is plenty good for use on the boat.
